Click hereHave you ever stopped and thought, “Wait… why does that even make sense?”
Today we’re talking about all those little things in everyday life that just don’t seem to add up! From disappearing socks and missing TV remotes to weird rules, funny sayings and things we’ve always wondered about. We’ll be sharing some of the things that make us scratch our heads and asking everyone: What is something that doesn’t make sense to you?

Today's blog is about things that don't make sense. There are so many things that don't make any sense! One thing that comes to mind is how do I lose socks, and why can I only find one sock, where does the other sock disappear to and why does it keep happening! Another thing that doesn't make sense is why can't I just be on holiday all the time. If I could I would live at Disneyland and it just doesn't make sense that I can't. Sometimes I feel like my emotions don't make sense.. I just want to be happy but at times I get angry or sad and it's a bit confusing. Another thing I want to know is why does my dancing stop over the school holidays, I don't want a break from dancing I want to go every week, it's just doesn't make sense. Last thing that doesn't make sense to me is why do we need sleep, I could get so much more done if I was awake all the time. I could do more activities, watch more shows, play more games and do some relaxing as well.
This is Claire signing off, see you next week.

Well there’s a lot that doesn’t make sense to me..
I will make a list of things.
The English language is one, words that are written the same but pronounced differently etc read and read. I’ve read this book or I’m going to read this book.
Tear and tear. I had a tear in my eye or there’s a tear in the paper.
Sayings I also dont understand
Sleep like a baby? I do not want to sleep like a baby, waking up every two hour.
When people say they’re sweaty like a pig, but pigs don’t sweat, how does that make sense?
Another thing too, how would blind people read danger or slippery signs, if they have to read braille. Wouldn’t it be too late?
One more thing but my personal existence, how do I know I’m the real me?
Like I’ve been told I’m me, but how do I know I wasn’t born to someone else?  Or how do I know my parents are mine? Or how do I know we are humans? We are only going by what people tell us. I would prefer to be a cat, sleep, eat and play but no apparently I’m a human and I have human responsibility. Unfair I say.
I’m going to finish off with questions that makes no sense to me, but will have me thinking for days.
Why does the early bird get the worm, but good things comes to those who wait?
Why is it called a building, when it’s built?
I have a lot more of things that don’t make sense but, I don’t want to blow your brains up either or make you start thinking like me.
But as my friends said question everything and everyone.
Enjoy the rest of your day, Haley.

Sheridan and I got ice cream on Tuesday. We were eating our ice cream, but it was dripping! It was melting. It was warm outside, but it was cool inside where we were eating our ice cream, and it was still melting. It doesn’t make sense to me.

I blow bubbles at the park. They fly in the sky, then they pop! Why do they pop? Why can’t they just fly in the sky forever?

Why can’t we tickle ourselves? I’m ticklish, but when I tickle myself, I don’t laugh.

I have dark brown eyes. Sheridan has blue eyes, and we all have different coloured eyes. Why do we all have different coloured eyes?

Ducks can go in the water and not get wet. Their feathers don’t get wet. If we go in the water, we get wet. Why can’t we go in the water with our clothes on and not get wet?

Today I’m wearing my pink top because it’s Halloween, and we’re going to dance.

Goodbye from Ronalda.

I have just bought an Electronic Project Lab machine. I bought it online, and it came just the other day. I am trying to understand how this all works, and I am finding it a little confusing.
I have read all the instructions and attached and reattached the leads. This project I have entered into is more confusing than I thought.I know once I understand it all, it will be worth all the money I have spent on it.
Once I work it out, I will explain to you why I bought it, but until then, it doesn’t make sense.
This is Nick signing off from this electronic world.

As a curious human, I am always on a quest for knowledge and understanding, but there are some things in this world that just aren’t going to make sense to everyone. I’m always asking myself why it doesn’t make sense when something doesn’t make sense to me. It’s usually something that I overthink because I need to know how I can better understand it, or at the very least, what it is that is stopping me from understanding it.

Sometimes I find that humans (yes, that’s right, my own species) don’t make sense to me. Humans are very confusing, and I’ve spent a lot of time working on ways to understand the parts of humans that I don’t understand. There are some behaviours that humans do that don’t make any sense to me. I’m not going to say what the behaviours are because that’s not my place, and that’s not what this blog is about.

Sometimes I think I just have to accept that I’m not going to understand everything in this world. As frustrating as that is, it’s important to know that I am always learning, and it’s ok that things don’t make sense. But it would be wonderful if they could, and then I could explain them to others to help them understand.

Also, paper straws. I’m sure I don’t need to explain why they don’t make sense to me. It’s a wonderful thought to help our planet, but maybe not the best idea to have paper straws for drinks. But maybe I should just drink my drink faster and move on. Anyway, good job, guys!

With love and kindness,

Your friend,
Shan.

Things That Don’t Make Sense

  1. Daylight savings, even though it doesn’t make sense to me, I like it.
  2. But I like it because it gives you a lot more daylight.
  3. It makes the day longer and gives you more things to do with your family and friends.
Ben.

Hi readers, how are you?

Today’s topic is: Things That Just Don’t Make Sense to Me.

Why do we call it a building if it is already built?

Why do we have to use a remote instead of using our hands?

Why does time go faster when we’re having fun?

Why do we have to wait for the waiter to bring us food?

Why do we call it a pair of pants when there’s only one pair?

People on the road who don’t know how to drive, if you have your licence, learn to drive and learn the road rules.

Why do people talk during a movie and disturb everyone?

Why do we open the fridge when we already know what’s inside?

Why can’t we choose our own eye colour? If we want blue, green, or hazel eyes, why can’t we just change them whenever we like?

Why can’t we fly like birds?

Why do we have to get out of bed when it’s so comfortable?

Why can’t we have a chocolate fountain in every house?

Thank you for reading my blog. These are things that don’t make sense to me.

Thank you for reading my blog.

Dear Readers,

This week’s topic is Things That Make No Sense to Us.

Let me start by telling you about things that don’t make any sense to me. I could write a long list of things that make no sense to me, like when people say we live in a free country, but nothing is free, and we are either paying for everything or paying taxes.

A couple of examples I can give are when I go shopping and I see stuff like men’s clothes, perfume, and personal body care products like body wash, soap, shampoo and conditioner, shaving cream, shaving razors, and deodorant. They are much cheaper than women’s clothes, perfume, personal body care products, shaving cream, shaving razors, shampoo and conditioner, soap, body wash, and deodorant.

What makes no sense to me is that us women buy all the same everyday essential products, but not only do we pay for the same stuff, on top of that we have to pay luxury tax on all the same products, and they are even more expensive. Even doing our nails and hair is expensive.

The only thing in life that is free is fresh air.

Aussie sayings and slang make no sense to me, and English makes no sense to me either.

Readers, I have a question: What makes no sense to you?

Written by Charlotte.

Today, we are blogging about anything that does not make sense. To me, one thing that does not make sense is why introverts are expected to try to talk more and mingle, but extroverts are never told to be quiet. It just does not make sense to me.

I remember at my grandma’s party last year, all my aunts were in party mode. One of my aunts convinced all the nieces and nephews to sing too. She went around the room, putting the microphone in each niece and nephew’s mouth. Yes, my aunty is the opposite of me. She is bubbly and outgoing, and she enjoys social lunches and dinners.

Are you an introvert like me, or are you an extrovert? Also, just because a person is quiet at a party, it does not mean they are bored or sad. Some people just like being quiet. Not everyone enjoys shouting, karaoke, or dancing. Some people prefer quiet activities such as craft, reading, or going for a walk.

Another thing that does not make sense to me is why the Cheep Cheep plush at the shop only comes in red. Why can’t they sell the yellow and green ones too? It does not make sense. Yoshi comes in different colours, such as pink, blue, and yellow, and is not just green.

I love Yoshi too. I have a big Yoshi plush on my bed from my brother. I wish they sold the yellow and green Cheep Cheep plushies instead of only the red one. However, they do have yellow and green Cheep Cheep figurines. I also have a Cheep Cheep trinket that has red, green, and yellow ones on it. I bought it in Kyoto and hang it on my bedroom door.

I also wondered why Melbourne does not have a big Safari Park like the one in Indonesia. Yes, we do have zoos in Victoria, such as Werribee Open Range Zoo, Healesville Sanctuary, and Melbourne Zoo. I have been to those zoos, but you mainly look at the animals there. In a Safari Park in Indonesia, it is very spacious. If you get bored looking at the animals, you can go on various rides and play in the water park.

If we had a spacious Safari Park like that here in Melbourne, I would be happy.

I also wondered why Sanrio Puroland is only in Japan. Why can’t they have Sanrio theme parks in different countries? Disneyland has parks in America, Paris, Hong Kong, Japan, and Shanghai. It would be lovely if Sanrio Puroland was available in different countries too.

If anybody does not know what Sanrio is, it is the company that Hello Kitty is from. It is not only Japanese people who love Hello Kitty. Many people around the world love her too.

I also wondered why TV channels like Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, and Nickelodeon are paid channels. It does not make sense to me. Why can’t they be free to air TV channels around the world? These days, children also watch cartoons on demand, so there is not always a strict schedule like there is with normal TV.
