I like Vegemite! I enjoy it on toast or bread, and I love a Vegemite and cheese sandwich. I wouldn’t eat it by the spoonful though.
Have you ever dipped your chips in ice cream? I have, and I like it! I also like chocolate covered strawberries.
How do I feel about pineapple on pizza? I like it!
I’ve had a cheese and jam sandwich before, and I like that too.
Have I ever had chocolate covered bacon? I haven’t, but I’d definitely try it.
Do I eat Milo straight from the tin? No, I like it with milk.
Have I ever had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? I have, and I liked it! I had it with purple jelly. (Jam).
I haven’t tried frozen grapes, but I’d give them a go!
I like food, and I enjoy trying new things. I always try new foods during cooking on Tuesdays!
Goodbye from Ronalda!

Good morning, my friends! Today’s topic is weird food combinations that you would eat.
When I go to the shops, I always order my favourite hot dog with peanut butter, tomato sauce, and a sprinkle of cheese on top. Then I have a can of Coke to wash it all down.
Once I have finished my meal, I look at the ice cream menu and try to decide which flavours I can have. My ice cream would be made up of lots of flavours and plenty of lolly creatures! The flavours I would choose are liquorice, pineapple, and strawberry, with chocolate coated ants all over it to make it crunchy.
My next unusual combination would be made up of lots of different ingredients. I would try the weirdest and yuckiest flavours mixed together, and I’d like to know if you would all try my food. I like the idea of mixing snails soaked in caramel sauce with salt and pepper sprinkled on top!
THIS IS CLAIRE signing off to create a special dinner for my family… hopefully they eat it all without getting ill!

Every time I was drinking Milo with CC’s chips, but it’s so weird to eat them together.
I tried peanut butter with dill pickles, but I don’t like pickles. I used to like pickles when I was a kid, but not anymore.
I tried dipping chips into a milkshake, but it tasted so weird and so disgusting, and it made me feel sick. I prefer dipping my chips in BBQ sauce.
I tried sharp cheddar cheese paired with honey and apple pie. It’s okay, but a little bit weird, and it’s delicious.
I tried sushi, but it tastes so weird, and I don’t like sushi that much. My brother and my sister like eating sushi.
I tried honey on pizza. It tastes so weird and so disgusting, but I prefer BBQ chicken pizza. It tastes so good, and I love it.
When I wake up in the morning, I tried eating creamed corn with mashed potato for breakfast. It tastes so weird and so disgusting. I prefer raisin bread instead.
I tried pickles with vanilla ice cream, but it’s so weird to eat, and it’s very disgusting.
I tried steak with eggs. Ew! It’s so disgusting and so weird, but I love steak. It’s my favourite meat.
Anyway, you know it’s just pretending to eat these weird things to do.
This is Korey signing off. Have a good day, everyone!

Weird food combinations

Chocolate milkshake with sardines, ice cream and paprika.

When we were chatting this morning about Vegemite and blog topics, Haley came up with the idea of talking about weird food combinations, and it really got me thinking. There are an endless number of food combinations, and I believe there are even more opinions about them. Some people are all for getting adventurous with food, while others (Steph!) want everything on separate plates. Honestly, I think you should just eat whatever makes you happiest. I just may not partake in it with you.
It’s not really a food combination, but I have heard about people going on holiday to Paris, France, and trying frog legs and snails. This is not for me. I appreciate that it’s a novelty for some people, and they absolutely love it. I’m happy for them, I really am, and I’m sure it’s a wonderful meal. I just can’t get on board, and I’m not a fan. No amount of butter or dressing them up could convince me otherwise. You couldn’t even pay me to eat them. I’ll go to Disneyland instead.
I have heard of and seen packets of bugs being sold as snacks, such as ants and crickets. It’s just not something that I’m comfortable with, probably because they’re not usually considered food, and I’m not a bird or an anteater. It feels a bit gross to think about eating them. Speaking of gross, there are coffee beans that are eaten and digested by animals and then collected from their poo to be used for coffee. I believe it’s called Kopi Luwak. From what I’ve heard, it’s quite expensive, and I’m sure it’s wonderful tasting coffee, but no thank you.
I’m truly happy for everyone who has found their weird food combinations. I’m all for people finding joy in their favourite foods and living their best lives. I’m just not going to share a cup of Kopi Luwak and chocolate-covered ants with you.
Your friend,
Shan.

So, I’m very picky with my food, but I do have a few weird food combinations that people would probably find odd.
I used to eat 100s and 1000s with a Flake or a Twirl. Delicious! Then I used to eat toast with maple syrup. Also delicious.
This is where I find myself being weird. I love chicken nuggets, with vinegar. When I was younger, my go to sandwich was honey, but now I don’t even touch honey.
Again, when I was younger, my go to snack was a bowl of frozen peas. A little side story My cat Buffy would come and sit by me, and we would share the frozen peas together.
My brother went through a stage of having chilli sauce on ice cream. That didn’t last long!
This is me being picky. I dislike tomato sauce. I even dislike touching the bottle. For some reason, the smell lingers, and it’s disgusting. As a matter of fact, I don’t like any sauces at all. My dad jokes about putting soy sauce on my dim sims, and I say, “Don’t you even dare. Don’t you even joke about that!”
Anyways, that’s me and my weird food combinations. Maybe you, the readers, can try some of our food combinations and tell us in the comments below whether you like or dislike them. Haley.

Dear Readers,
This week’s topic is weird food combinations.
Let me start by telling you about a list of weird food combinations I’ve tried: peanut butter and apple slices, strawberries and blackberries, cheddar cheese, Macca’s french fries and ice cream, bacon and maple syrup, popcorn and chocolate, oranges and honey, ham, feta and olives, sweet corn and chicken soup, and coconut water.
There are many weird food combinations out there, but these are just a few that I decided to share with you. I would like to hear from you, readers. What weird food combinations have you tried? Please leave them in the comments below.
Would you try my weird combinations? Why or why not?
Written by Charlotte.

Today we are blogging about the weirdest food combination.
I like to eat chicken nuggets with rice. You might think that sounds strange, but it is actually very common in Indonesia. Rice is part of my everyday food, which is why many fast food chains in Indonesia serve rice with their meals.
However, when I eat McNuggets from McDonald's, I usually eat them by themselves without rice. When we have KFC, we usually get takeaway, so I can eat the fried chicken with rice. I think it is delicious, and I especially like KFC Wicked Wings.
Sometimes I also like to eat instant noodles with rice. This is also common in Indonesia, although sometimes I just eat the noodles without rice. I also like eating rice with eggs and soup. As you can probably tell, I eat rice quite often, but I also enjoy Western food such as pizza and pasta.
Sometimes I eat macaroni with rice too. If there is not much macaroni, I might add rice because otherwise I will not feel full.
I have never tried this combination myself, but I have seen kids on Instagram dipping French fries into ice cream. My mum has tried it too! When we went to Wendy's, she dipped her fries into chocolate frosted ice cream. Have you ever tried dipping fries into ice cream?
Recently, Dad made lasagna and it was yummy. He does not just put meat in his lasagna. He also adds vegetables. Usually, people put mince in lasagna, but Dad adds capsicum and carrot too. It was still delicious! I had lasagna for lunch on Monday when I went to my Handmade program.
Everyone has different food combinations that they enjoy. Something that seems strange to one person might be completely normal or delicious to someone else.
Thank you for reading my blog. I hope you enjoyed learning more about my food preferences and some of the unusual combinations I eat.
This is Comfort Queen Jacinda signing off. See you next week!

I am an author...

Have you ever imagined what it would be like to write your very own book? Well, today we’re putting our imaginations to work! If you could become an author and write a book about absolutely anything, what would it be? Maybe it would be a hilarious comedy, a thrilling mystery, a magical adventure, a love story, or even something completely crazy that no one has ever thought of before!
Today, our writers get to decide what their next big bestseller would be about. Who knows, we might have some future famous authors in the group!

I am so in love with Disney characters so I would write a children's book on Disney stories.
My favourite story would be Cinderella and her adventures with Prince Henry and their love story together. My characters would also have my two stepsisters, but instead of them being nasty, they will be loving, caring and kind to me and the Prince.
This story will be completely different from the original movie, where it is a much happier ending. I want to make everyone feel good and happy reading my story.
I will start the first chapter where my sisters and I will go shopping together for our new outfits for the Royal Ball. I am looking to get a beautiful blue dress with lots of sparkles and my shoes will be the most gorgeous crystal made slippers ever made in the world.
Anastasia is looking for a pink flowing gown that has flowers all over it, with hot pink shoes and Prizella has picked out a green dress with blue ribbon around her waist and wearing white shoes.
We have 3 days left before we go to the ball and I will organise the most amazing night.
Part two to come, thank you for reading! Claire.

I love making my animation and l used to be making the stop motion animation on a stop motion app. I was thinking about watching Villager News on YouTube and I was making the Villager News animation in stop motion animation program. I’m really good at the voiceover as the Villager.  I like to make the walk cycle and I will make the mouth talking too.  I'm posting on YouTube this is my first YouTube videos so everyone can see my animation as they are funny and hilarious. You can subscribe to me on my YouTube channel.
If I wrote a book it would be about how to do animation.
Last year was my first day from my animation program and my first time I'm making the 3D animation called Blender.  First I'm doing the voiceover in Recording Studio and second I start making animation. I like to make the walk cycle but it is a little long to make. I like to make the run cycle as it is quick to make.
This is my first 3D animation video called Villager and the Ghostlight parody of Disney Pixar Cars with Mater and the Ghostlight. I'm posting on YouTube so everyone can see my 3D animation and love my videos, they are funny and hilarious and everyone loves my videos 10/10.
On September 23rd we are going to watch my 3D animation on the big screen in the cinemas in Hawthorn, I'm looking forward to see it.
This is Korey signing off and have an awesome day.

If I was an author, what would my next book be?
If I was an author, I would draw a book. I would create a picture story book. It would be A4 size and hard cover. The pages would be filled with drawings. The book would also be a pop up book! There would be pages that you can touch and feel.
My book would be about animals, the characters would be a koala with a baby, three pandas, a bird with a long neck, a rabbit with big ears, a big cat, and a princess with red curly pigtails.  Her name is princess of the animals. All the animals are her pets.
The book would be nice, it would be funny, and adventurous.
It would be called “Princess and the Animals”. The animals can only talk to the princess but not to anyone else! They would live in a tree.
Goodbye from Ronalda.

If I got a chance to write a book, it would be about respecting other people. I would call my book "Respecting Other People".
I decided to write a book about this because respect is important. I would write about how everybody is different. We should not try to change other people just because we like something. Just because you like something does not mean that other people have to like it too.
For example, at Umbrella Support, many people enjoy birthdays with lots of noise and attention, but I do not really like that. I would like people to let me be myself and accept that I have different preferences.
I also want my book to show that friends can have different personalities.
In the story, Cindy and I went to a loud restaurant called Party Palace. I did not like the loud environment, but Cindy loved the restaurant. Whenever someone had a birthday, the waiter would bring them a cake and candles and sing loudly.
Cindy wanted to celebrate her birthday at this restaurant the following year. Cindy ordered chicken parma and chips, while I ordered spaghetti bolognese. I enjoyed the food, but the restaurant was very noisy.
We saw a little girl celebrating her sixth birthday. The waiter brought her an Elmo birthday cake and sang for her. She jumped up and down because she was excited and loved being the centre of attention.
"That little girl sounds like me. She has an energetic and goofy personality," Cindy said.
Afterwards, Cindy took me to Sanrio Puroland, a theme park with cute characters such as Hello Kitty, My Melody, Cinnamoroll, Keroppi and Pompompurin.
"I love this place more than Party Palace restaurant, Cindy!" I said.
"I am happy too. Even though I am not a big fan of cute things, I am glad you are smiling," Cindy replied.
We went on a ride called the Sanrio boat ride. It reminded me of the It's a Small World ride at Disneyland. It was calming and not too scary. We looked at all the different Sanrio characters during the boat ride.
After the ride, we looked around the gift shops. I bought Pompompurin stickers and My Melody stickers. Cindy bought some Kuromi earrings.
"I thought you were not a Sanrio fan," I said to Cindy.
"I am not as big a Sanrio fan as you, but these earrings are cute. I might wear them when I go to work," Cindy replied.
We also went to a chocolate shop. Cindy bought Hello Kitty chocolate, while I did not buy any chocolate. I like chocolate too, but I decided to enjoy it in moderation.
Cindy and I had a great adventure. We went to a noisy restaurant and then visited Sanrio Puroland. Even though we have different personalities and preferences, we can still have fun together.
The message of my book is that a quiet person can be friends with an outgoing person as long as they respect each other's comfort levels. I respect Cindy's favourite things, and she respects my quiet personality too.
If you got a chance to write a book, what would you call it? Please tell me in the comments.
Thanks for reading. This is Princess Jacinda signing off.

If I was writing a book, it will be about all people with disabilities, and sometimes I use pretend characters
Ben 2.

I have a question for you our wonderful readers; if you were to write a book what would it be called and what genre would it fall under? I also wonder what you would write about? This would make a really great ice breaker if you needed one. I’d love to hear from you in our comments section. Either about your book title ideas or your ideas for good ice breakers. You might even inspire a future blog topic. How cool would that be?
I have quite a few book title ideas but my favourite one is always “Travelling with an empty suitcase.” This sounds like something that would be a red flag for airport security or customs. This isn’t a travel guide though and I hope that doesn’t disappoint anyone. I would not be a great travel writer as I get distracted way too easily and I’d take far too long to get it done. I’d also probably end up talking about something completely unrelated, probably something about history or a cool bug I saw.
So why “travelling with an empty suitcase.”? I will explain the meaning behind my title, in my life I feel like I’m always forgetting something important and it makes me feel like I’m going travelling with an empty suitcase. While most of the time I’m over prepared for everything because my memory can fail me due to anxiety and my disability. The empty suitcase is everything I have forgotten and everything I could forget. It’s almost like never being able to be confident in yourself and your ability to have everything prepared and organised.
“Travelling with an empty suitcase” would be a deep dive into the chaos of a brain that’s just doing its best, short stories of real life experiences with a comical twist, hypothetical scenario from an anxious brain and a lack of seriousness in serious situations that I haven’t quite understood. I’m living it and your coming along for the journey with you guessed it an empty suitcase.
Your friend,
Shan.

Hi readers, how are you? Today's topic is if you could write a book, what would it be and who would it be about. I have chosen to write a mermaid book and it would be called the “Mermaid Princess and me” as the mermaid Princess name would be Cleo.
Once upon a time lived a mermaid princess whose name is Cleo who lived with her mum and dad, and their names are Wendy and Dave.
My story would start with the adventures under the sea with my family and friends and support workers. They would have their own dolphins, pixies and other animals and humans. We would be in mermaid tails and have hair accessories and makeup done. We would swim up to our castle under the sea and have a lot of fun, it would be the best day and we would do it again and would celebrate and have a ball. I have a special necklace on and dress that I can use and wear both whenever I want to be a mermaid and a princess.  I would become a mermaid princess and I can invite my family and friends and support workers to come. Stay tuned for the next episode for more fun.
Thank you for reading my blog this week and look out for more blogging adventures to come.
This is mermaid princess Beth signing off with a splish and a splash of my tail and mermaid magic and best wishes swimming and splashing off for now, until next week Bye Bye.

Dear readers, this week's topic is if I was to write my own book and what would I  call my book
Readers I have a question: if you wrote a  book what would it be  called and why?
Let me start by telling you about if I would write a book and what would it be called. If I wrote a book I think it would be a cookbook and it would be called Chef Charlotte's Cookbook and the front cover would be sparky purple with a photo of me wearing my chef jacket. Each and every page would be a photo of what each tasty dish is  and on every page there would be detailed and organised ingredients and step by step methods. I would do fancy recipes for advanced cooks and easy recipes for new cooks.

We have an extra day!

Isn't it nice having an extra day of the weekend?
If I had an extra day of the weekend, I would go on a recreation trip because it would give my brain a break from my normal routine. I have enjoyed going on recreations since I was little.
I would like to visit animal attractions such as Melbourne Aquarium because I love fish. I have been to that place twice when I was in primary school during term breaks, and then I visited again as an adult with my mum as a belated birthday gift. Since becoming an adult, I do not enjoy loud birthday attention, so I prefer having a fun recreation day instead.
I would look at different kinds of fish. I like yellow tang fish because yellow is my favourite colour, clownfish because they remind me of Nemo, and pufferfish because they are interesting too. I even have a pufferfish plush from a Mario character. I would have a wonderful time looking at all the sea creatures.
I would also like to go to the zoo. I would choose Melbourne Zoo because I love seeing different kinds of animals. It is not only children who feel excited about going to the zoo, adults can enjoy it too. I would see many animals such as koalas, kangaroos, lions, tigers, and many more.
I visited Melbourne Zoo when I was in high school as part of a school excursion. We had worksheets to complete and had to wear our school uniforms. Looking back, I think I would prefer to enjoy the animals instead of worrying about completing worksheets.
If I was still living in Jakarta and had an extra weekend, I would visit Safari Park in Bogor. It is one of my favourite recreation places, and I still love that place even though I live in Australia now. I would see many different animals, just like when I visit Melbourne Zoo.
When we still lived in Jakarta, my dad liked to drive our family there. I would love to visit Safari Park every weekend because it is a very spacious place. You do not just see animals there. There are also rides, a water park, gift shops, and many other activities.
I would love to see the updates from Safari Park because I have not visited since moving to Australia. However, I did visit Bali Safari last year.
It would be wonderful to visit Safari Park again if I ever get the chance to visit Jakarta. I would hire a driver to take us there, but my dad said that if we visit Indonesia again, we probably will not do many outdoor activities. He would rather relax, eat delicious food, and visit shopping centres.
Even though I have not visited Safari Park for a long time, it is still a meaningful place for me. I follow Safari Park on Instagram and enjoy watching videos of people taking their children there.
I love visiting animal attractions. How about you? Do you have a favourite recreation place?
Thanks for reading. Have a nice day. This is Princess Jacinda signing off.

If I had a three day weekend, what would I do?
This would be Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
On Friday I would go to the movies and see Moana with my friends, we would buy some salt and vinegar chips followed by a coke zero drink. I have two really great friends and we would have a fun time together. After the movie has finished we would go and have some lunch.
On Saturday I have plans to see my support worker her name is Krystle and she takes me shopping and we buy a coffee and movie tickets. We are seeing Spider Man. When the movie is finished we go and have some lunch. I so love being with Krystle as she is so kind and caring.
We have so much fun together.
The last day of my three day weekend which is Sunday I go to church with my dad and after that we go home to have breakfast, love Vegemite on my toast and Dad likes having eggs.
When we have all cleaned up and the kitchen is tidy I go and see my dog called Bella Boo and cuddles together and she plays with her toys
I JUST LOVE A THREE DAY WEEKEND......and wish it was like that every weekend.
This is Claire signing off and hoping you all have a great three day weekend.

On Monday I work on my voice over at the recording studio and start making my animation, a new episode is coming called Villager had Hair, as all villagers are bald. But he didn't want to be bald so he wanted to have hair, and it is going to be a little funny and hilarious this video.
On Tuesday I am making the house for my stop motion animation and it is made of cardboard and I am painting the sky, grass, night and sunlight, I can't wait to see it.
On Wednesday we are doing the film and we are making the editing for the film. But it is a romance film, so boring.
On Thursday we watched Collingwood vs Carlton but we lost the game against Carlton which sucks and the next round is Collingwood vs West Coast Eagles, I'm hoping we win this time.
On Friday I just vacuum my room and the downstairs and I watched Melbourne Storm against Bulldogs and we lost the game, oh well the next round is Melbourne Storm against Sea Eagles is going be a very hard game but I think we will win this.
On Saturday I just watched the movie The Expendables, it is a
good action movie it was Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Terry crews, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger and my favourite character from the expendables well of course is Terry Crews.
He’s the very strong dude but I like him he's good and he loves his yogurt, Terry loves yogurt.
I would have so much fun doing things I love if I have an extra day of a weekend every week.
This is Korey signing off, and have an awesome day.

Three days off for weekend, mmm not sure but Sunday I go to movie night which is gonna be good, but let go back to Friday not sure go out with Tayla. I want to see Tayla’s baby, every weekend I go out with everyone and every Monday I do Handmade and every Tuesday cooking and Wednesday and Friday coffee coffee coffee and Thursday reading, every week I do all that sometime I wake up very early oh lord.  I love everyguys you are all cool person I ever seen, I do rest and relax in bed or sleeping or relax playing games and play with my dog she is always on my bed. I make her sleep on my bed.
So sometimes I go out with Daz to the movie and watch cool scary movies but let’s wait and see. That’s why I love scary movie and scary games, and I love all the stuff which is scary in my room. From TJ.

Dear readers, this week's topic is if you could extend your weekend to three days, what would it look like and what would you do.
Let me start by telling you about what would happen if I extend my weekend to three days and how it would look and how I would feel about it?  At first I would feel happy that I would have Saturday and Sunday and I would play games on my phone and I would watch tv and movies. If I had to have Monday off as well I would start crying  because I love my job at the Rosebud RSL. Working at the RSL and going every week to work and found what new delicious dessert I’m going to make with the chef dessert.
If I had Monday off because it was a part of my extended weekend I would stay at home and do my housework which would need to be done and I would start preparing and cooking dinner for my  family, I would organise taxi for Tuesday and Thursday and I would organise my black clothes , snacks and my lunch the night before.
Readers I have a question, what would you do if you had an extended weekend for three days?
written by Charlotte.

Thank you for reading my blog. Let us know in the comments below this is blogging princess Beth who typed my blog by myself with no help signing off until next blogging adventures.

On the second Tuesday of every month I go to dinner with friends!

A good weekend for me is spending time with my sister I like playing games with her.
Good bye from Ronalda.

If I had a full weekend, what would I do?
I would go swimming on a Tuesday, I would still go to work on Tuesday and have extra sleep on Wednesday.
Ben2

Many people live for the weekend to come, it’s the reward after a big and busy week. Though it doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to have had a busy and full week to enjoy a restful weekend. For many, it’s time to make plans and get everything done that wasn’t possible during the week, because of work, family or other commitments. Before you know it though, the weekend can become just as busy and hectic as the week especially if it’s the only free time that you get.

I don’t speak for anyone but myself here but for me it feels like the weekend comes and that’s when you are officially allowed to relax. From what I have learnt the week is for being productive and contributing to society in whatever form you can (volunteering, paid work, child minding ect). So it would seem like having an extra day in the weekend would be very much welcomed by many. I’d be curious to know if you our readers would be for or against a three or four day weekend? Leave a comment and let us know.

I believe for mental health reasons an extra day in my weekend would probably not be beneficial, I like the way my weeks are structured and I don’t think I would want to have to reorganise or change anything. Yes I have many people who could help me with the change in routine and I’m sure eventually it would be my new normal. I just don’t think my brain would enjoy it and I like looking forward to my normal two day weekend. Though I may be the queen of unpopular opinions and I’m completely ok with that.
Though, if I had no choice in the matter which is often the case with these kinds of things, I would prefer that Friday be the extra day to the weekend. Choosing Friday would mean the least impact and change to my normal week. I wouldn’t have to change anything about my day and I could go on happily living in denial about an extra day. I believe after a while I would have fomo (fear of missing out) and want to join in on everyone’s fun. I would enjoy listening to everyone’s stories from enjoying their three day weekend and celebrate their joy.
Even in a made up scenario Monday would never be a day I would pick, it would take away activities that I enjoy doing and I don’t want to change my Monday in any way. I would really prefer not to even talk about it. I don’t want to accidentally make this a reality but I’m sure I’d get through it begrudgingly. I wouldn’t like it but I’d make the best of it until it was my new normal.
Funnily enough before I started writing I had thought I would love a long weekend, that wasn’t how this blog turned out and it’s ok. We all have different feelings about change and hypothetical scenarios that might make us break out in hives. Though a tad dramatic those feelings would be and are valid. On the bright side we’d all have an extra day to process it.
We have come to the end of my blog today and I’m extremely grateful to you our readers for joining us.
Your friend,
Shan.

Welcome to our monthly Choose Your Own Adventure blog!
Once a month, we put the usual topic aside and give our writers complete creative freedom. This is their chance to write about anything they like whether it’s a personal experience, a fictional story, a hobby, a favourite memory, or something that’s been on their mind.
Every blog in this collection is unique, giving you a glimpse into the different interests, ideas, and personalities of our amazing writers. We hope you enjoy reading this month’s adventures and maybe even discover something new along the way!!

Today's blog is a choose your own adventure and today I'm going to talk about dancing. I do dancing every Thursday night and my support worker picks me up from home and takes me , and then we have dinner after. I love my dancing classes and learning all my new moves, I have lots of fun and I like the music. I have friends at dancing and sometimes someone new people will join and we will also become friends. I love dancing whenever I can, especially at dinner with friends. Elvis was at morning melodies and I loved dancing to his music, he sang to me and I made him scones. I have lots of fun and have a great time with music and dancing. Dancing makes me happy and I will keep on dancing forever.
This is Princess Claire signing off, see you next week.

I was sick for two weeks oh Lord, but this week I feel better. I am more careful with my body and I’m happy for myself to be back to you all.   Thank you everyguys for the balloon, this week is good to have me back as I missed you all.   I wish Daz could take me to movie night soon to watch scary movies with popcorn and drink with my bro. I am tired to wake up in the morning this week at 6am everyday.

Today's blog topic is a choose you own adventure and I have written about six awesome adventures.
Adventure 1: Walking through a forest and you find a magical glowing door. Do you open the door or do you keep walking? I'd keep walking! I don't want to open the door in case something scary is behind it!
Adventure 2: You’re at the beach, and find a mysterious bottle in the sand. Do you read the note inside? Or throw it back in the ocean? I would throw it back into the ocean, because I don't want to read it.
Adventure 3: A friendly dinosaur walks over to you, would you feed it or pat it? I would pat it!
Adventure 4: You go to an ice cream shop, do you get Chocolate or Rainbow ice cream, l'd get rainbow ice cream because I like it.
Adventure 5: You arrive at a train station, do you get on the train or do you wave to the people on the train goodbye? I would hop on the train and tell it to take me to the beach.
Adventure 6: You go to the movies to watch Frozen, Elsa invites you to build a snowman or to explore Elsa's ice palace? I would build a snowman with Elsa.
Goodbye from Ronalda.

I have a very good friend called Allie in Western Australia who I would like to go and see. We would catch up and go out to dinner. After dinner we would go shopping and buy clothes and we would have a good time.

On the weekend I enjoyed making the romance film even though I find it so boring but we smashed it. Next week I’m going to make my movie and that will be amazing.
On Monday I finally finished off my animation the episode called Anger Management and it is going to be a very hilarious video as usual.
Tonight we watch Collingwood vs Geelong and I hope we won this time because we got eight on the ladder, Jordan De Goey, Maynard and Schultz got injured which sucks and they are all good players.
On Friday we are going to watch Melbourne Storm vs Bulldogs but this will be a very hard game tomorrow.
In July my mum and I went to see Garere the band, they are a good band that singer dude has a great deep voice and good scream mode and I was so knackered.
On 25th of August me and my mum will go to see Parkway Drive at the Forum in Melbourne they are an Aussie band and I can't wait.
Next year me, my mum, my dad, my brother and he's mates want to go see the System of the Down at Marvel Stadium is going to be good band but I’m not looking forward to Faith No More the support, I think they are going to be bad but still, I can't wait to see it.
This is Korey signing off and have an awesome day. Go Pies!

There are many things in life that just tickle my brain in the right way, meaning it brings me joy and makes me do a happy dance. I think it’s very important that we are able to have these moments and enjoy the feelings that come with them. However this blog is more about what doesn’t bring me joy.

Sometimes I think that it’s hard to talk about what doesn’t bring joy, because we are taught that we need to lift others up and always be happy. That can borderline being toxic positivity, which while intended to be helpful can actually be very unhelpful and harmful to mental health. I suppose toxic positivity doesn’t bring me joy, however I like to be helpful by educating people on it and giving them other example of what they can say.

Politics does not bring me any form of joy and most days makes me a bit anxious. I don’t believe I’m alone in this but that’s all I’ll say on that topic. My favourite products being discontinued doesn’t bring me joy, when I love something I love it forever and having to then find something similar takes time and effort. I’ve not yet recovered from sunnyboys being discontinued. There are now people in this world who has never even heard of a sunnyboy and that hurts my heart. They’re missing out on something awesome.
That’s just a small part of things that don’t bring me joy. What brings or doesn’t bring you joy? Would you share these with us? Comments are always welcome.
Your friend,
Shan.

My journey of working at Australia Post began in 2018.
I was already working at Woolworths because I started there in 2017. However, in May 2018, the staff at Woolworths told me that I was not needed for a while, so I stayed at home and attended an employment program. Then my employment coach contacted me and told me there was a seasonal job available at Australia Post Sprintpak.
My dad also travel trained me to catch the bus home from Australia Post Sprintpak. I practised many times and became more confident. I was very proud of myself. My mum even posted on Facebook that she was proud of me for travelling home from work by bus, and many people left kind comments.
The Australia Post job was a casual job, so when there was a lot of work, the boss would contact the employment agency and the agency would call me. If I missed the call, they would leave me a voice message. If there was no work available, I stayed at home.
During the pandemic, the company stayed open, but I did not get much work, so I spent most of my time at home and did not see many friends. The only social activity I had was working at Woolworths.
Then, in March 2021, something exciting happened. I was still a casual worker at Australia Post, but I joined Umbrella Support. She took me to different local places and introduced me to new activities.

I spoke to my supervisor about changing my work day because I already attended another program on Mondays. Thankfully, I was able to swap my work day to Friday. During that time, my week was very busy. I attended Umbrella Support on Monday and Tuesday, worked at Australia Post on Thursday and Friday, and worked at Woolworths on Wednesday.
My favourite job at Australia Post was inserting animated design stamps. I always enjoyed looking at the different stamp designs.
I also opened the lids on coin tubes. That job was simple because I only needed to remove the lids and place them into a cardboard box. I also counted stock sheets. I was good at counting, but I found it difficult to stack them neatly on the pallets. If they were not stacked properly, they could fall off when someone moved the pallet, so it was important to do it carefully.
Another job I did was putting labels on plastic pockets. I found that task a little challenging, but my supervisor still asked me to do it. She knew about my disability and always tried to make work enjoyable. Sometimes she would startle me as a joke. I do not like being startled, but I laughed it off. I have found it difficult to be assertive at times, but I am learning and growing.
When my Australia Post job finished in 2022, I focused on doing craft activities with my friends at Umbrella Support and continued working at Woolworths. The company was still open, but my work had come to an end. That is part of life. I have many wise people in my life, including my parents and Cindy. They taught me that sometimes we do not get what we want, and nothing lasts forever.
Krystle once said to me, "When one door closes, another door opens." To me, that means when one opportunity ends, another one begins. For me, one of those new opportunities was blogging. It has given me the chance to write about many different topics and express my thoughts.
Thanks for reading. Now you all know about my second job.
This is busy bee Jacinda signing off.

Dear readers, this week's topic is a choose your  adventure. Let me start by telling you about how I've been very under the weather this week, which is the reason I haven't been at work, to Umbrella  support or Hellow media this week. How have I been feeling?  I am bored but I have been watching tv, playing games, doing housework which had to be done, cooking, playing with my dog Gucci and resting. I miss my friends and I hope by the time you read this I'm back at  Umbrella.
Readers I have a question, what if you turned into a mermaid for a day and what would your mermaid tail and top look like?
If I was turned into mermaid for a day I think my mermaid tail and top would be purple and sparkly and I would swim around with all the dolphins and  be friends with all the sea creatures. I would be queen of the sea and host royal balls and parties and I would go to some other royal balls and look for treasure, and where would I live ? I would live in a mermaid cave. Thats it for now mermaid friends from mermaid queen Charlotte.

Hey readers how are you? Today’s topic is a choose your own adventure and I have chosen to write a made up story.
Once upon a time there was a mermaid named Olivia and she had mermaid friends I was wearing a special necklace and I had a mermaid dress on and I had a bracelet on. Then they came up to me and invited me to be a mermaid in the mermaid party. I said yes and asked if I can invite my friends and support workers please and they said yes so I asked Cindy, Krystle, Bernie and Chrissie, Steph, Sheridan and Chanel.
All of my friends would dress up in mermaid outfits and accessories and what fun we would have. We would play disney songs Under the Sea which was in the little mermaid movie and also beyond my wildest dreams also in the Mermaid movie.
On arrival, the guests would have the sounds of instrumental music playing ocean sounds and upbeat songs with lyrics that everyone could sing and dance to, with food and drinks and karaoke.
My friend gave everyone mermaid tails so we could swim in the pool and look like real mermaids. This would be the best party with all my friends and would be remembered for a long time.
Thank you for reading my blog let us know in the comments below my fishy friends we love to hear from you.
This is wishful Beth with sea shell wishes and mermaid kisses, goodbye for now, signing off until next week.
