I like Vegemite! I enjoy it on toast or bread, and I love a Vegemite and cheese sandwich. I wouldn’t eat it by the spoonful though.
Have you ever dipped your chips in ice cream? I have, and I like it! I also like chocolate covered strawberries.
How do I feel about pineapple on pizza? I like it!
I’ve had a cheese and jam sandwich before, and I like that too.
Have I ever had chocolate covered bacon? I haven’t, but I’d definitely try it.
Do I eat Milo straight from the tin? No, I like it with milk.
Have I ever had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? I have, and I liked it! I had it with purple jelly. (Jam).
I haven’t tried frozen grapes, but I’d give them a go!
I like food, and I enjoy trying new things. I always try new foods during cooking on Tuesdays!
Goodbye from Ronalda!

Good morning, my friends! Today’s topic is weird food combinations that you would eat.
When I go to the shops, I always order my favourite hot dog with peanut butter, tomato sauce, and a sprinkle of cheese on top. Then I have a can of Coke to wash it all down.
Once I have finished my meal, I look at the ice cream menu and try to decide which flavours I can have. My ice cream would be made up of lots of flavours and plenty of lolly creatures! The flavours I would choose are liquorice, pineapple, and strawberry, with chocolate coated ants all over it to make it crunchy.
My next unusual combination would be made up of lots of different ingredients. I would try the weirdest and yuckiest flavours mixed together, and I’d like to know if you would all try my food. I like the idea of mixing snails soaked in caramel sauce with salt and pepper sprinkled on top!
THIS IS CLAIRE signing off to create a special dinner for my family… hopefully they eat it all without getting ill!

Every time I was drinking Milo with CC’s chips, but it’s so weird to eat them together.
I tried peanut butter with dill pickles, but I don’t like pickles. I used to like pickles when I was a kid, but not anymore.
I tried dipping chips into a milkshake, but it tasted so weird and so disgusting, and it made me feel sick. I prefer dipping my chips in BBQ sauce.
I tried sharp cheddar cheese paired with honey and apple pie. It’s okay, but a little bit weird, and it’s delicious.
I tried sushi, but it tastes so weird, and I don’t like sushi that much. My brother and my sister like eating sushi.
I tried honey on pizza. It tastes so weird and so disgusting, but I prefer BBQ chicken pizza. It tastes so good, and I love it.
When I wake up in the morning, I tried eating creamed corn with mashed potato for breakfast. It tastes so weird and so disgusting. I prefer raisin bread instead.
I tried pickles with vanilla ice cream, but it’s so weird to eat, and it’s very disgusting.
I tried steak with eggs. Ew! It’s so disgusting and so weird, but I love steak. It’s my favourite meat.
Anyway, you know it’s just pretending to eat these weird things to do.
This is Korey signing off. Have a good day, everyone!

When we were chatting this morning about Vegemite and blog topics, Haley came up with the idea of talking about weird food combinations, and it really got me thinking. There are an endless number of food combinations, and I believe there are even more opinions about them. Some people are all for getting adventurous with food, while others (Steph!) want everything on separate plates. Honestly, I think you should just eat whatever makes you happiest. I just may not partake in it with you.
It’s not really a food combination, but I have heard about people going on holiday to Paris, France, and trying frog legs and snails. This is not for me. I appreciate that it’s a novelty for some people, and they absolutely love it. I’m happy for them, I really am, and I’m sure it’s a wonderful meal. I just can’t get on board, and I’m not a fan. No amount of butter or dressing them up could convince me otherwise. You couldn’t even pay me to eat them. I’ll go to Disneyland instead.
I have heard of and seen packets of bugs being sold as snacks, such as ants and crickets. It’s just not something that I’m comfortable with, probably because they’re not usually considered food, and I’m not a bird or an anteater. It feels a bit gross to think about eating them. Speaking of gross, there are coffee beans that are eaten and digested by animals and then collected from their poo to be used for coffee. I believe it’s called Kopi Luwak. From what I’ve heard, it’s quite expensive, and I’m sure it’s wonderful tasting coffee, but no thank you.
I’m truly happy for everyone who has found their weird food combinations. I’m all for people finding joy in their favourite foods and living their best lives. I’m just not going to share a cup of Kopi Luwak and chocolate-covered ants with you.
Your friend,
Shan.

So, I’m very picky with my food, but I do have a few weird food combinations that people would probably find odd.
I used to eat 100s and 1000s with a Flake or a Twirl. Delicious! Then I used to eat toast with maple syrup. Also delicious.
This is where I find myself being weird. I love chicken nuggets, with vinegar. When I was younger, my go to sandwich was honey, but now I don’t even touch honey.
Again, when I was younger, my go to snack was a bowl of frozen peas. A little side story My cat Buffy would come and sit by me, and we would share the frozen peas together.
My brother went through a stage of having chilli sauce on ice cream. That didn’t last long!
This is me being picky. I dislike tomato sauce. I even dislike touching the bottle. For some reason, the smell lingers, and it’s disgusting. As a matter of fact, I don’t like any sauces at all. My dad jokes about putting soy sauce on my dim sims, and I say, “Don’t you even dare. Don’t you even joke about that!”
Anyways, that’s me and my weird food combinations. Maybe you, the readers, can try some of our food combinations and tell us in the comments below whether you like or dislike them. Haley.

Dear Readers,
This week’s topic is weird food combinations.
Let me start by telling you about a list of weird food combinations I’ve tried: peanut butter and apple slices, strawberries and blackberries, cheddar cheese, Macca’s french fries and ice cream, bacon and maple syrup, popcorn and chocolate, oranges and honey, ham, feta and olives, sweet corn and chicken soup, and coconut water.
There are many weird food combinations out there, but these are just a few that I decided to share with you. I would like to hear from you, readers. What weird food combinations have you tried? Please leave them in the comments below.
Would you try my weird combinations? Why or why not?

Today we are blogging about the weirdest food combination.
I like to eat chicken nuggets with rice. You might think that sounds strange, but it is actually very common in Indonesia. Rice is part of my everyday food, which is why many fast food chains in Indonesia serve rice with their meals.
However, when I eat McNuggets from McDonald's, I usually eat them by themselves without rice. When we have KFC, we usually get takeaway, so I can eat the fried chicken with rice. I think it is delicious, and I especially like KFC Wicked Wings.
Sometimes I also like to eat instant noodles with rice. This is also common in Indonesia, although sometimes I just eat the noodles without rice. I also like eating rice with eggs and soup. As you can probably tell, I eat rice quite often, but I also enjoy Western food such as pizza and pasta.
Sometimes I eat macaroni with rice too. If there is not much macaroni, I might add rice because otherwise I will not feel full.
I have never tried this combination myself, but I have seen kids on Instagram dipping French fries into ice cream. My mum has tried it too! When we went to Wendy's, she dipped her fries into chocolate frosted ice cream. Have you ever tried dipping fries into ice cream?
Recently, Dad made lasagna and it was yummy. He does not just put meat in his lasagna. He also adds vegetables. Usually, people put mince in lasagna, but Dad adds capsicum and carrot too. It was still delicious! I had lasagna for lunch on Monday when I went to my Handmade program.
Everyone has different food combinations that they enjoy. Something that seems strange to one person might be completely normal or delicious to someone else.
Thank you for reading my blog. I hope you enjoyed learning more about my food preferences and some of the unusual combinations I eat.
This is Comfort Queen Jacinda signing off. See you next week!
